When I’m looking for an easy breakfast, I often turn to smoothies. I’m rarely hungry first thing in the morning, but if I don’t eat, I’ll be ravenous by lunchtime. Smoothies are THE solution! They’re also a great way to increase your fruit and veggie intake, as you can easily get 2-4 portions of fruit and veg in one serving. 13) Tropical Fruit Smoothie

I like my smoothies quite thick so usually opt for frozen fruit and this tropical fruit smoothie is luscious, thick and packed with flavor. I use about a third of a bag of frozen fruit cocktail (the mix includes mango, strawberry, peach, and a little pineapple) combined with fruit juice and greek yogurt. As my frozen fruit mix includes pineapple which is naturally very sweet, I don’t find I need to add honey but you can adjust based on your own preference!
